Defendant: Tang Qiang, male, born on February 22, 1977, Han nationality, high school education, taxi driver, living in Group 5, Xiaohe Village, Heicheng Town, Yuanzhou District, Guyuan City, Ningxia.

In this court's trial of a trademark infringement dispute between the plaintiff Mengdi Group Co., Ltd. and the defendant Tang Qiang's computer network domain name, the plaintiff Mengdi Group Co., Ltd. submitted to this court on September 25, 2007 Application to withdraw the lawsuit.

This court believes that the plaintiff Mengdi Group Co., Ltd.’s voluntary abandonment of its litigation claims complies with legal requirements and should be allowed. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 131 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the ruling is as follows:

The plaintiff Mengdi Group Co., Ltd. is allowed to withdraw the lawsuit.

The case acceptance fee is 1,050 yuan, half of which is 525 yuan, and will be borne by the plaintiff Mengdi Group Co., Ltd.
