1. Advertiser qualifications

Depending on the nature of the advertiser, the advertiser needs to provide the following qualification documents for review:

(1) Enterprise unit Scanned copy of the original business license

Enterprise unit information should be available for inquiry in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (/).

(2) Scanned copies of the legal person certificate and organization code certificate of public institutions, and scanned copies of the legal person registration certificate and organization code certificate of social groups

3. Authorization Qualifications

If If the goods or services promoted by the advertisement involve administrative license or third-party authorization, the advertiser needs to provide the following authority certification documents for review:

(1) If the product promoted by the advertisement is a patented product, a patent certificate must be provided scanned copy. If the patentee is not the advertiser, documentation proving that the patentee authorizes the advertiser to produce or sell the patented product must be provided (stamped with the patentee’s official seal or signed by the patentee).

(2) If the trademark of the goods or services is a registered trademark, a scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate must be provided. If the trademark owner is not the advertiser, documentation proving that the trademark owner authorizes the advertiser to use the trademark (stamped with the official seal of the trademark owner or signed by the trademark owner) is also required.

(3) If the advertising content contains works (including software) that should be protected by copyright, if the work has been registered for copyright, a copyright registration certificate must be provided.

If the copyright owner of the work is not the advertiser, it is also necessary to provide proof that the copyright owner authorizes the advertiser to use the work (stamped with the official seal of the copyright owner or signed by the copyright owner).

(4) If the name of a third-party unit (including the official name and common abbreviation) is used in the advertisement, a document proving that the unit authorizes the advertiser to use its name (stamped with the official seal of the unit) must be provided.

(5) If the name or image of another person is used in the advertisement, a written document authorizing the advertiser to use his or her name or image (if the person is a person without full capacity for civil conduct) or his guardian (if the person is a person without full capacity for civil conduct) must be provided (which must be provided by Signed by myself or my guardian)

However, when advertising live performances, records, books, movies or TV series, etc., the performers, singers, The above written documentation is not required for images of authors or actors.

(6) If a product or service is “reported by CCTV (including its channels or columns)” as an advertising method, documents proving that CCTV allows the advertiser to use its name or quote its reports must be provided .

(7) According to Article 46 of the "Advertising Law": "Publish advertisements for medical treatments, drugs, medical devices, pesticides, veterinary drugs and health food, as well as other advertisements that should be reviewed according to laws and administrative regulations. , the content of the advertisement should be reviewed by the relevant department (hereinafter referred to as the advertising review agency) before being released; such advertisements must not be released without review.
