Protection of intellectual property rights is as follows:

1. Through patent protection, patent protection mainly includes invention patents, utility model patents and design patents;

3. Through copyright protection, copyright owners can take technical measures. The objects of intellectual property are non-material works, inventions and goodwill, etc. They are intangible and must rely on certain material carriers to exist. The object knowledge of intellectual property is the non-material achievement carried or embodied by the material carrier. Obtaining a material carrier does not mean enjoying the intellectual property rights it carries.

Article 123 of the "People's Republic of China and Civil Code"

Civil subjects enjoy intellectual property rights in accordance with the law.

Intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights enjoyed by obligees in accordance with the law with respect to the following objects:

(2) inventions, utility models, Design;

(3) Trademark;

(4) Geographical indication;

(5) Trade secret;

(8) Other objects specified by law.
