The ISO9000 standard is the general term for quality management and quality assurance. The second edition was launched in 1994, and the third edition was launched in December 2000, officially promulgating the ISO9000:2000 edition. The original ISO9000:94 certificate will be automatically invalidated on December 15, 2003.

The ISO9000 standard summarizes the advanced experience in quality management of various industrially developed countries. It is mainly used for the establishment, implementation and improvement of enterprise quality management systems, and provides guidance for enterprises in quality management and quality assurance.

ISO2000 refers to the 2000 revised quality management system standard ISO2001 refers to the 2001 revised quality management system standard
