The delicacies in Yongchuan District include preserved eggs in Yongchuan, five watermelons, Linjiang children's dishes, salted peanuts and healthy vinegar.
1, Yongchuan preserved egg: Yongchuan preserved egg was founded in Qing Dynasty, and Yongchuan preserved egg has a unique style. Mature preserved egg white and yolk have pine leaf patterns. Protein is brown or peach oil amber, translucent and elastic. The yolk is yellow outside and green inside, and the egg center is colored hard heart or bright red semi-solid heart, which is solid but not hard, thin and not flowing.
2. Five watermelons: Five watermelons are a specialty of Wu Jian Town, Yongchuan District, Chongqing. The selenium-enriched watermelon in Wujianzhen is tender in flesh, sweet in juice, rich in aroma and refreshing. Five watermelons were awarded national geographical indication certification trademarks.

Linjiang Ercai: Linjiang Ercai is a conventional variety introduced from Nanchong by Zhang Xuehai, a fruit and vegetable specialist of five groups in Xinji Village, Linjiang Town, Yongchuan County, on 1970. It has been purified and bred for more than ten years. Pure varieties, long buds, high yield, crisp and tender quality, delicate fragrance and delicious taste are well received by the masses.

Songshui Salt Peanuts: People who live in noisy cities can feel the "Three Clearances" of Songshui Town as soon as they step into the ancient town: the environment is quiet, the stone roads are clean and the river wind is fresh. The unique food culture of Songguan also makes tourists remember it, such as salted cabbage and sorghum wine.
