Such numerous processes also result in the market price of anti-counterfeiting labels being much higher than that of ordinary self-adhesive prints. 2. The production equipment is different. Ordinary self-adhesive printing factory equipment generally has a printing press and a die-cutting machine. Anti-counterfeiting label printing factories need to have a variety of equipment such as printing, inkjet printing, printing, code checking, screen machines, laser aluminum washing machines, etc. 3. Differences in yield. Due to the simple process of ordinary self-adhesive products, the product yield is very high, generally reaching more than 98%. Due to the complex process of anti-counterfeiting labels, the yield is low, generally only about 90%. 4. Safety management measures are different. Ordinary stickers are easy to print, so they don’t pay much attention to the safety management of labels. Since anti-counterfeiting labels are difficult to counterfeit and the risk of counterfeiting is high, some criminals will start from anti-counterfeiting label printing factories, instigating factory employees to steal the labels and purchase them at a high price.
