Development History

The first stage

From 1965 to 1981, it was the stage of building factories in mountainous areas. Thousands of builders from Wafangdian Bearing Factory and all over the country lived and worked hard in Dashuigou, building roads, bridges and factories. After several years of hard work, it was officially put into production in 1970. In the following years, the factory developed slightly, but due to its remote location and inconvenient transportation, production stagnated. In the early 1980s, production hit a trough and Ningxia became a major loss-maker at that time.

The second stage

From 1982 to 1992, it was the adjustment and transformation stage. That is to say, the adjustment and relocation from Dashuigou in Helan Mountain to Yinchuan City will be implemented.
