(2) If the applicant goes directly to the Trademark Registration Hall of the Trademark Office, the applicant can follow the following steps:
Prepare the application documents → Submit at the acceptance window of the Trademark Registration Hall Application documents → Print the bar code at the coding window → Pay the application fee at the payment window
Preparation of application documents
(1) Application documents that should be submitted

(2) Specific requirements
1. Application documents must be typed or printed.
2. The name and address of the applicant filled in the renewal application form should be consistent with the current trademark registrant; the trademark registration number and category should be consistent with the original "Trademark Registration Certificate".
Payment of fees
The fee for each reissue of a "Trademark Registration Certificate" is 1,000 yuan.
If a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the Trademark Office will deduct the fee from the advance payment of the trademark agency.
Receive the "Trademark Registration Certificate"
If the "Trademark Registration Certificate" is lost, if the application documents for replacement are complete and comply with the regulations, after review and approval, the Trademark Office will issue the "Trademark Registration Certificate" Announcement" and publish a loss statement and issue a "Notice of Collection of Trademark Registration Certificate"; if the "Trademark Registration Certificate" is damaged, the applicant should return the "Trademark Registration Certificate" to the Trademark Office when submitting an application for reissue, such as the application for replacement The documents are complete and comply with the regulations. After review and approval, the Trademark Office will issue a "Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate".
(1) If you go directly to the trademark registration hall, after receiving the "Notice of Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate" from the Trademark Office, the applicant should go to the trademark registration hall in time to collect the "Trademark Registration Certificate" as required by the notice. . If you do not receive the "Notice of Collecting the Trademark Registration Certificate" due to various reasons, you should submit the following documents when you go to the trademark registration hall to receive the "Trademark Registration Certificate":
1. The trademark registrant has stamped or A copy of the signed confirmation document proving the qualification of the subject (a copy of the business license, ID card, etc.);
2. Letter of introduction from the issuing unit;

(2) If a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the Trademark Office will mail the "Trademark Registration Certificate" to the trademark agency.
Notes
1. The applicant’s name, address, postal code, phone number and other contact information must be filled in clearly and accurately to facilitate contact.
2. If the renewal application is processed together with the name change, if the application for renewal is submitted in the name of the trademark registrant before the change, the reissued "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be in the name of the original trademark registrant; if the renewal application is submitted in the name of the original trademark registrant; If the application is filed in the name of the changed trademark registrant, the reissued Trademark Registration Certificate shall be in the name of the changed trademark registrant. If the official seal of the original trademark registrant has become invalid, the official seal of the changed trademark registrant can be affixed to the application form, but the corresponding certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration department must be submitted.
3. If the renewal application is handled together with the transfer, if the application for renewal is filed in the name of the transferor, the reissued "Trademark Registration Certificate" shall be in the name of the transferor; if the application for renewal is filed in the name of the transferee , the reissued "Trademark Registration Certificate" is in the name of the assignee.
