Article 74

If a registered trademark is revoked or canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article 73 of these Regulations, the original Trademark Registration Certificate shall be invalidated and announced; If the registration of the trademark on some designated goods is revoked, or if the trademark registrant applies to cancel the registration of the trademark on some designated goods, a new "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be issued and announced.
