3. Trademark agents shall keep business secrets for their clients and shall not disclose undisclosed agency matters to other institutions or individuals without the consent of the client.

4. A trademark agent shall refuse to accept the entrustment when he knows that the entrustment of the client is done in bad faith or that his conduct violates national laws or is fraudulent.

(4) Any other illegal conduct.

In addition, if a trademark agent provides false certification materials to obtain a professional qualification, the Trademark Office will cancel his or her professional qualification.

If a punished trademark agent is dissatisfied with the administrative penalty imposed by the provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce or the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, he may apply for reconsideration in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Reconsideration Law"; he may also directly apply to the People's Court File a lawsuit.

It should be noted that those who engage in trademark agency activities without obtaining the "Trademark Agent Practice Certificate" will be ordered by the local provincial administration for industry and commerce to cease illegal agency; if there are illegal gains, they will be fined The amount shall be less than three times, but the maximum fine shall not exceed 10,000 yuan.
