Einstein was so smart, why didn’t he apply for a patent for E=mc^2?

The problem is, you can't trademark a "real" equation because that equation has been proven time and time again by science... it's a real equation that represents "real" science .

That's the interesting part about your question. I'm going to piss off all the scientists and physicists in the world.

I claim to have found the Theory of Everything. I'm not in academia and I'm not a physicist. I have never published a paper in a physics journal. I knew nothing about academia in physics and was completely self-taught, except for the three undergraduate courses in physics I took 45 years ago. However, I wrote a 350 page book introducing the Theory of Everything.

I'm sure many physicists laughed at me when I claimed to have discovered the theory of everything, but let's see how that turns out. My theory of everything derives the concept that the energy of the universe is based on the power of c and exists in the form of energy levels. When energy is proportional to c^2, the equation is E = mc^2, which is the energy relative to mass. When energy is proportional to c^1, the equation is E = (h/wavelength)c^1, which is the energy associated with light. When the energy is proportional to c^0, the equation is E(sub0) = m(sub0)c^0, which is the energy associated with the space-time medium. This is my registered equation which can only be 0 1 or 2

The reason I was able to trademark this equation was because physicists publicly stated that this equation was "actually wrong". But they’re saying this without reading or studying Gordon’s Theory of Everything. "Why can't the LHC find new mathematics?"

The reason I trademarked this equation was not to make money, but to make sure that no one would be blamed for discovering the "theory of everything" before me. Received praise. The only way to derive this is my theory.

What is even more interesting is why physicists cannot find a theory of everything. This is because of the way they develop science, their current tools will never reveal a theory of everything. I mean, there's no way to derive this equation from current mathematics, and there's no experiment that can be performed to reveal the E0 energy of spacetime (most of the energy in the universe still exists). Directly revealing the E0 energy of spacetime would break the law of conservation of energy (but you won't realize this until you study my theory).

This means that you can never prove this equation without breaking the laws of physics. So my point is, my theory is that a story can be copyrighted along with its characters (god entities) which are the building blocks of time and space. Furthermore, the equation for a trademark can never be proven scientifically, so the trademark remains forever.

This creates a huge problem for physicists and scientists...my theories, my equations, the characters in my books, they can't teach me without authorization. So, if they realize that my theory is real science, and really needs to be taught as an undergraduate level course after Physics II, then three things must happen:

Physicists have never proven it My theory is real science, but my intellectual property must be licensed to teach it. Physicists found a way to prove my theory correct which means I must receive appropriate historical credit. They have not proven this theory, but are aware that it may be correct and will therefore give appropriate credit and honor and will release the trademark.
