The fees charged by the Trademark Office are as follows: The trademark registration fee for one category is RMB 300 (limited to 10 goods/services in this category, and an additional RMB 30 will be charged for each more than one product/service in this category).

The collective trademark registration fee is RMB 1,500. The registration fee for accepting certification trademarks is RMB 1,500.

Special matters concerning the registration and management of collective trademarks and certification marks shall be stipulated by the industrial and commercial administration department of the State Council.
