1. Basic conditions
Registered in industrial and commercial registration, Henan Province, with independent legal personality. The enterprise registration time should be over two years, and it is an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise within the validity period. Comply with the "small and medium-sized enterprise classification standards".
2. Special conditions
The applicant enterprise must meet one of the four requirements of "specialization, refinement, specialization and novelty".

refinement: the market share of enterprises in leading products should be in the top five in the province.

The enterprise has not been listed in the list of abnormal business operations or the list of serious untrustworthy subjects, and the products (services) it provides are not prohibited, restricted or eliminated by the state.
Finally, there are a series of reward and compensation policies for specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province.
