What is the difference between a company and a trademark?

The concepts are different. A company is an enterprise organization with legal person status based on capital alliance, with the purpose of profit, and is established in accordance with the conditions and procedures prescribed by law. A trademark is a mark used to distinguish one operator's brand or services from the goods or services of other operators. Article 22 of the Trademark Law stipulates that applicants for trademark registration shall fill in the product category and product name of the trademark in accordance with the prescribed product classification table, and submit an application for registration. A trademark registration applicant can apply to register the same trademark for multiple categories of goods through one application. Trademark registration applications and other relevant documents can be submitted in writing or in the form of data messages.
