1) As long as you have a company business license or a self-employed business license, you can register a trademark. Protected nationwide.

2) There is only one Trademark Office in Beijing. Its full name is: Trademark Office of the State Administration of China. There is no local trademark office.

3) Internationally applicable, there are three ways to register a trademark in all countries around the world: (1) Register one by one; (2) Madrid trademark registration; (3) EU trademark registration; (4) African Intellectual Property Organization Trademark Registration.

4) To register a trademark in mainland China, the Trademark Office charges a fee of 1,000 yuan. Foreign registration fees vary, and it is generally cheaper to register a trademark through international agreements.
