All official cards will use UnionPay standard cards with the special issuer identification code beginning with "628", which are currently identified as 6282 and 6282. In addition, the official card information verification is completed through the official card-issuing banking system. If the identity authentication fails, the buyer should contact the customer service of the issuing bank to verify whether the card information and card status are normal.

When purchasing official air tickets, if other institutions other than the official ticketing channels find that the domestic airline fares are lower than the preferential fares purchased by the government, the purchaser can buy them. However, when purchasing air tickets, the purchaser should keep the screenshots of the flight cabin prices intercepted at the same time on the airline official website or the government purchase air ticket management website as the attachment of the reimbursement voucher.

The buyer's purchase of such low-cost air tickets is regarded as full recognition of the unilateral change of the unified air ticket regulations by sales organizations such as e-commerce platforms, and the relevant expenses beyond the unified air ticket regulations shall be borne by the buyer.
