In 2001, Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. was established.

On March 6, 2003, the first affordable medical supermarket in Shaanxi Province, the South Store of Xi'an Yikang Medical Supermarket, officially opened. He also advocates the business philosophy of keeping prices low to the end and paying ten for every fake one.

On May 8, 2003, Yikang Medical Supermarket Xinri Store opened; subsequently, Longshou Store, Liuhetang Store, Chaoyang Store, Electronic City Store, Lintong Store, Ankang Store, Tumian Store, Hancheng Road store, Yanliang store, Yan'an store, etc. were opened one after another. It set a record of opening a large low-price supermarket in 20 days. Ankang store is an important symbol of Yikang’s expansion into Xi’an.

In December 2003, Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. increased its capital and shares. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. increased to RMB 13.8 million.

On December 25, 2003, Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical and Shaanxi Yanhuang Renda Pharmacy Co., Ltd. signed a merger and reorganization agreement.

On February 4, 2004, a merger and reorganization agreement was signed with Weinan Fumanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

In 2005, it won the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" Shaanxi Most Dynamic Private Enterprise Award.

From 2007 to 2008, it became one of the top 100 stores that cooperates with more than 30 large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturers in China.

In 2008, it was listed on the Xi’an Food and Drug Administration’s “Xi’an Pharmaceutical Enterprise Post-Disaster Reconstruction Honor List”.

In June 2008, it acquired Shaanxi Yiyue Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the former Northwest Branch of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation, and resettled nearly 100 former state-owned enterprise employees.

In January 2009, in the "2008 China Xi'an Economic Influence" selection, Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical won the "Top Ten Most Economically Influential Brands in Xi'an".

In December 2009, it won the title of "The Most Promising Economic Growth Enterprise in Xi'an in 2009".

In December 2009, it merged with Xi'an Pharmaceutical Distribution Company and resettled nearly 300 former state-owned enterprise employees.

In November 2010, "Yikang" was rated as a famous trademark of Shaanxi Province.

In December 2010, it obtained the qualification for Internet drug information services.

From 2004 to 2010, it won the title of "Top 30 Retail Pharmacy Chains in China" for seven consecutive years, ranking first in various data, ranking first in the northwest medicine chain.

In 2011, it won the title of the top 20 retail chain pharmacies in China, ranking first in the northwest and leading in the country.
