If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors. 1 This agreement is an agreement between you and Tencent regarding your use of WeChat public platform services. "Tencent" refers to Tencent and its related services that may have operating affiliates. "User" refers to the individual or organization who registers, logs in, and uses a WeChat public account, and is more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement. "Other users" refers to users including subscribers, other WeChat public account users and WeChat users who are related to WeChat public platform services other than the user himself.
2 This service is a cooperative promotion service launched by Tencent WeChat for individual or corporate users. After users register a WeChat public account, they can conduct brand promotion through the WeChat public platform. WeChat users who follow a WeChat public account will become subscribers of the account. WeChat public accounts can send messages through the WeChat public platform to interact with subscribers.
3 The content of this agreement also includes the "Tencent Service Agreement", "QQ Number Rules", and "Tencent WeChat Software License and Service Agreement", and when you use a specific service on the WeChat public platform, the service There may be additional special service statements, relevant business rules and announcement guidelines (hereinafter collectively referred to as "special rules"). Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the foregoing special rules shall be deemed your acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. 1 You need to register a WeChat public account before using this service. WeChat public accounts can be registered through a QQ number or email account. Please use a QQ number or email account that is not bound to a WeChat account to register a WeChat public account. Tencent has the right to change the method of account registration and binding based on user needs or product needs. Regarding the specific rules for using your account, please abide by the "QQ Number Rules", relevant account usage agreements, and special rules issued by Tencent for this purpose.
2 After meeting certain conditions, users can apply for WeChat certification for their WeChat public account. The certified account information comes from Weibo certification and other channels. The WeChat public platform no longer conducts independent review of the certified account information. The certification process is automatically verified by the certification system. Users shall be independently responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and validity of the certified account information and have nothing to do with the WeChat public platform. If any damage is caused to Tencent or a third party, compensation shall be made in accordance with the law.
3 What types of authentication does WeChat support?

Tencent has the right to recall users’ WeChat public accounts due to business needs.
2 The user is responsible for properly keeping the security of the registered account information and account password. The user needs to bear legal responsibility for the actions under the registered account and password. User agrees not to disclose account or password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify Tencent immediately.
3 Users should abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If a user violates any terms of this agreement, Tencent has the right to terminate the WeChat public account of the breaching user in accordance with this agreement. Provide services. At the same time, Tencent reserves the right to withdraw WeChat public accounts and usernames at any time.
4 When a user registers a WeChat public account, the system will automatically match the WeChat ID for you. You can set the WeChat ID, but it can only be set once. Once the WeChat ID is set, it cannot be modified.
5 If a user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering a WeChat public account, Tencent has the right to reclaim the account to avoid wasting resources. Any problems caused by this will be borne by the user. 1 Tencent is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store your relevant data in this service.
2 Tencent has the right to determine the maximum storage period of a single user's data in this service based on the actual situation, and allocate the maximum data storage space on the server. You can back up relevant data in this service according to your own needs.
3 If you stop using the service or the service is terminated or canceled, Tencent can permanently delete your data from the server. 2 You understand and agree that due to business development needs, Tencent reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or withdraw all or part of the service content at any time without any notice. rights, users bear this risk. 1. 4. The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content included in this service are protected by law. No one may use or create related derivatives in any form without the written permission of Tencent, the user or the relevant rights holder. work. 1. In addition to the above punishment measures for WeChat certified accounts, Tencent has the right to cancel the account certification status and decide to temporarily or permanently ban the relevant account certification qualifications depending on the circumstances.
2 You understand and agree that Tencent has the right to impose penalties on violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against anyone who violates laws and regulations, and preserve the information in accordance with laws and regulations. Report relevant information to relevant departments, etc. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
3 You understand and agree that you shall be responsible for any claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or related terms of service. Compensate Tencent and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies from damage. 1 Your use of this service is deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

3 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
4 If any dispute or dispute arises between you and Tencent, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
5 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are only for convenience of reading and have no actual meaning in themselves and cannot be used as a basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
6 No matter whether part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms will still be valid and binding on both parties.
