Blind Man Cake was created by a blind man during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, hence the name Blind Man Cake. It has been one hundred and sixty years ago.
The blind man's name is He Shengchao. When he was eight years old, he became blind due to a poor family and no money for medical treatment. He gave birth to two sons. The eldest son has been serving his father since he grew up. I came up with a method: Grind dry cooked rice into rice flour, add sesame seeds and peanuts, and mix well with raw oil to make rice cakes, called "meat cakes". Blind Gong Cake was actually not created by Blind Gong, but by his son. Buyers were accustomed to buying cakes from Blind Gong, so they called it "Blind Gong Cake".

It was not until the public-private partnership in 1955 that the chopping board system was used and standing production was adopted.
