Polyester is also called high strength thread, and nylon sewing thread is called nylon thread. We usually call it (pearl thread). Polyester sewing thread is twisted by polyester long fiber or short fiber, which is wear-resistant, low shrinkage and good chemical stability. However, it has low melting point, is easy to melt at high speed, blocks pinholes and is easy to break wires. The difference between polyester sewing thread and nylon sewing thread is that polyester is lit with a cloud of black smoke, and the smell is not heavy and elastic, while nylon sewing thread is lit with a cloud of white smoke, which has an elastic smell when pulled up. High wear resistance, good light resistance, mildew resistance, coloring degree of about 100 degree, low temperature dyeing. Because of its high seam strength, durability and smooth seam, it can meet the needs of various sewing industrial products, so it is widely used.
