1, location selection: domestic direct drinking water equipment is generally installed in the kitchen, living room and convenient drinking point.

The installation location should be based on the original tap water pipeline, considering the convenience of drinking water, sewage, electricity, maintenance, frost crack prevention in cold weather, harmony with the overall space and beauty, and preventing children from touching it.

2. Accessories selection: the terminal tap water pipe is generally a plastic pipe or a metal pipe at 6 o'clock or 4 o'clock, and the direct drinking water equipment is generally a pipe at 4 o'clock or 2 o'clock. 1 inch pipe, 6 branch pipes and 4 branch pipes are all universal pipe fittings, as well as interchangeable joints and ball valves, which can be bought in building materials or hardware stores. 2. Take charge of nonstandard pipe fittings, which are matched with 4 pairs of 2-joint, 2-point straight-through, 2-point bend-through, 2-point tee, 2-point nut, 2-point plug, 2-point tap, SUS4-point tee (middle 2-point interface), SUS2 ball valve, rubber plug and rubber nail. 3. Preparation of installation tools: To install direct drinking water equipment, it is generally necessary to drill holes (drilling 6 or 8 points) or open holes (the hole opener is φ 1 1- 16mm) to fix the direct drinking machine or faucet; Raw adhesive tape can avoid joint leakage; Special glue facilitates the connection of plastic joints; Cross screwdriver, straight screwdriver, electric pen, wrench, scissors, knife, pipe wrench and other tools are commonly used installation tools.

4, installation process specification:

(1), punch holes or fix direct drinking water equipment at selected positions. Holes should be smooth, accurate in depth and spacing, and there should be no cracks, gaps or burrs around the holes.

(2), connected to the tap water pipeline. First, close the main tap water valve and connect the direct drinking water equipment. The interface should be wrapped with tape to avoid water leakage.

(3) Connect the concentrated water discharge port. The water purifier can directly put the sewage pipe into the sewage pipe, and the port should have a certain space to prevent the sewage from flowing back to the direct drinking water equipment and prevent the siphon phenomenon of the sewage outlet; If the sewage pipe of direct drinking water equipment is directly put into the sewage pipe, a ball valve should be installed at the end of the sewage pipe, which can play a role in sewage discharge if it is opened from time to time; The sewage pipe can also be directly connected with the original tap water. The sewage pipe must be connected with the sewage outlet of direct drinking water equipment, and there must be no water leakage.

(4) Connect the purified water outlet with the purified water faucet. If the flow rate is above 500 liters, you can directly use 4 branches and universal faucets; If the flow rate is less than 500 liters, you can choose to connect it with the purified water outlet with a 4-to-2 connector and connect it with a 2-point white PE pipe. When connecting the branch pipe 2, firstly flatten the nozzle, then install the nut, then insert the plug into the pe pipe and tighten it, and insert the pe pipe into the joint about 1CM beyond the nut and tighten it.

(5) Install the faucet: If you want to install the faucet on the sink, the stainless steel sink can be opened with a hole opener; If you want to fix the faucet on the wall, you can use the right-angle faucet pendant to fix the faucet on the wall. The joint connection method is the same as (4), and the fixed part should be tightened without shaking.

(6) Open the main water inlet ball valve, debug the water purifier (see Maintenance for debugging steps), and observe whether the joint leaks. The observation period is at least 2 hours. You can put a clean dry towel under the water purifier and check whether there is water seepage.

5, direct drinking water equipment and water dispenser connection specification:

After the water purifier is installed and fixed, connect the purified water outlet to the relevant pipeline, and directly connect the other end of the pipeline to the water inlet of the small communication upper cover. The connection method is the same as that in (4). Then screw the floating ball for controlling the liquid level in the small communication to the middle position, cover the small communication upper cover, and put the small communication directly and steadily on the water dispenser. If you need to connect more drinking points, just connect the tee on the connecting pipe.

6. After the installation of direct drinking water equipment is completed, pay a return visit at any time, and make on-site maintenance inspection within 7 days to guide customers to use maintenance methods.

Direct drinking water equipment installation should be horizontal and vertical, without shaking, pipes should be straightened, and long-distance pipes should be nailed with professional nails. The whole should be beautiful.
