Based on the analysis of the development status of Baise mango, it is believed that there are problems in the industrial chain, planting technology, express delivery and market. This article proposes the establishment of a three-dimensional brand management model that integrates government, industry, enterprises, and farmers. Through the integration of the three industries, the Baise mango industry chain will be extended, the concept of planting will be changed, scientific planting will be established, and a new media-based and traditional media-supplemented model will be established. Publicity and promotion methods, optimizing the "one kilometer before and after" link, and other methods will broaden the development path of Baise mango industry.
