This notice serves as confirmation that Sichuan Teway Food Co., Ltd. ("Sichuan") and DreamWorks Animation Co., Ltd. ("DreamWorks") have entered into an agreement. (the "Agreement"), Sichuan has the right to sell, import and/or distritube "Kung Fu Panda 2" brand products including the following brand products to its customers in China:

1. Flavor Seasonings

Should there be a prohibition on the import and retail sale of all items listed above, or violation of any license and/or concession agreement(s)
