This situation may be related to browser settings. Online updating of digital certificates does not display the certificate name. The solution is as follows:

1. Add a safe and trusted site through the tool-"Internet Options-Security-Trusted Sites".

2. Set browser compatibility mode, Tools-Compatibility View Settings-Add.

3. If your browser version is relatively high, you can use the tool-"Internet Options-Security" to remove √ and enable the protected mode.

4. Check whether you have turned on the Certificate Assistant. If so, close the Certificate Assistant before operating.
