What kind of wine does the country drink? An inventory of 43 “local ration wines”, one article to feed you

Across the country, inventory of rations and wine!

It may not be famous nationwide, but it must be famous in the region.

This article is very long. It is recommended to save it first and then watch it.

1. Red Star

In fact, it is enough for Beijing to just put the Red Star, but some people will definitely say that the bullpen So are the mountains.

Speaking of authenticity, it must be Red Star.

Firstly, Hongxing invented Erguotou, and secondly, it was the first state-owned winery in the country.

Niulan Mountain is separated from the Red Star.

Although it is cheap now, the drink was Red Star when the country was founded in 1949 (but the winery was in Shijiazhuang at that time).

Overall, it is worthy of the advertising slogan "Red Star Erguotou, authentic Beijing flavor".

2. Yijuyong

It was formed from the merger of 10 wineries during the public-private partnership period. It is also the only "Chinese time-honored" winery in Tianjin.

The specialty is dew wine and sorghum wine, and rose dew wine is more famous.

Although the height is a bit high, it is very popular with women.

Rose dew wine is very suitable as a souvenir and tastes very good.

3. Hengshui Laobaigan

Hebei wine with the highest brand awareness.

The technology is derived from the Daqu fragrance of Fenjiu liquor, and the Laobaigan fragrance was created in 1989.

It is a real spirit. 67 Laobaigan is the most classic, but its alcohol content also hinders many people.

The name Laobaigan is a bit rustic, which is not conducive to high-end development. Later, Shiba Liquor was launched to take the high-end route.

4. Qingzhu Liquor

Won two gold medals with Moutai.

The 1988 "Food Expo";

The 1992 "Hong Kong International Food Expo".

The marketing is very poor, so there is no popularity, and the positioning is just food and wine.

Prices are stable, with only small price increases over the decades.

The quality is undeniable. Among the strong-flavored products under 300 yuan, this one has the best value for money.

5. Spring Festival Wine

If you are not a local, you really don’t know this. It is known as the “Little Moutai in the North” and one of the “53 Excellent Products”.

If you like to drink sauce wine, this is suitable as a food ration.

The quality is better than that of Beidacang in the same price range, and at least it can taste like sauce.

However, due to the craftsmanship of the bran koji sauce aroma, the sauce aroma is not too strong, and the wine body is relatively sweet and thick.

6. Fenjiu

One of the four famous wines, Fenjiu accounts for half of the ration liquor market.

As long as you drink liquor, you can’t avoid this brand. No need to introduce it too much, everyone knows it.

7. Hetao King

The first brand of liquor in Inner Mongolia and the only designated reception wine in Inner Mongolia.

The brand awareness is neither high nor low. Now it has been acquired by Luzhou Laojiao and is now preparing to enter the national market.

8. Fengcheng Laojiao

Founded in 1905, the word "Fengcheng Laojiao" was mentioned by Aisin Gioro Pujie (Pu Yi's younger brother) .

In the past, we focused on sauce-flavored products, but now we are making all types of fragrances.

His advantage is that he has high-quality raw materials around him.

Generally, if you are in a high-quality grain-producing area, the wine you make will not be too bad. The starch content of the grain is high, which is what is needed for wine-making.

9. Yushuqian

Yushuqian wine has a history of more than 200 years and is also protected by geographical indication products.

It has certain characteristics in terms of taste, but it just can’t go out of this province.

10. Beidacang

Beidacang is the entry-level product of Maotai-flavor wine.

The advantage is that it is cheap, which is already the bottom line of the price of brand Maotai-flavor wine.

But the shortcoming is obvious. The sauce flavor is too weak. If you don’t taste it carefully, you will think it is a strong-flavored wine.

For such a wine with no obvious style, sauce wine lovers will definitely not choose it.

But if you just want to drink some wine, you can still buy a bottle of pure grain wine at this price.

11. Shikumen

Shanghainese drink the most foreign wine, and for liquor, Wuliangye is the drink.

Shanghai is rich in rice wine. If you want to recommend a local wine, it must be rice wine Shikumen.

Most old Shanghainese like this black label Shikumen, also known as "Shanghai old wine".

The alcohol content of rice wine is not high, and it is quite smooth to drink.

It is also one of the three ancient wines in the world, with a longer history than liquor.

12. Jinshiyuan

The predecessor of Jinshiyuan is Gaogou Liquor, one of the "53 Excellent" wines.

Among Su Jiu's "three ditches and one river", one of the "ditches" is actually the current destiny.

It is probably the only one in Jiangsu that can compete with Yanghe.

Compared with Yanghe’s business-type liquor, Jinshiyuan focuses on weddings and often uses red as the keynote.

It also launched the "National Fate" series that focuses on business, covering various scenarios and price ranges.

13. Guyue Longshan

In Zhejiang, liquor really has no mass base and there are no well-known liquor factories.

But in the rice wine category, Zhejiang is the well-deserved king. 60% of the country’s total rice wine production is in Zhejiang.

In the first wine tasting meeting, in addition to the four famous liquors of Mao, Fen, Lu and Feng, Shaoxing rice wine was also among the famous liquors.

The taste is similar to sake, and it is also the most popular Chinese liquor in Japan.

14. Hengfengtai

If I had to recommend a liquor, it would be Tongshan Shao.

Although Tongshan Shao is a white wine, sorghum shells are added during the brewing process to make the color of the wine red.

It seems that it is greatly influenced by rice wine, and white wine should also be made red.

15. Gujing Gong Liquor

Everyone is familiar with this one. It is the leader in Anhui, one of the eight most famous wines, and the representative of Jianghuai style strong aroma.

Although the brand has many flaws, it has still done some practical things for its hometown of Bozhou.

Popularize the pronunciation of "Bo" to Chinese people:

"Bo" (bo) and "Hao" (hao) are too similar.

Not to mention ordinary people, even CCTV hosts have missed reading it.

Later, Gujinggong became angry and directly notated the CCTV advertisement.

There is another piece of trivia:

Netizens often say that "the ancient well does not carry tribute, and the whole body hurts after drinking it." In fact, there is an exception.

In this special 10 years, Gujing Gongjiu really stopped using the word "tribute".

16. Kouzijiao

Laoer Kouzijiao in Anhui Province.

Previously, two wineries owned the Kouzijiao trademark. After ten years of internal fighting, they were finally merged through local mediation.

Although both wines have a combination of aroma and aroma, the wine styles of the two wineries are quite different. In the end, the style of compound and aroma was finally determined.

Now it is one of the three mainstream fragrances, with the characteristics of "strong head, medium clear and sauce tail".

At the same time, it also incorporates various flavors such as sesame flavor and pea flavor, giving it a multi-flavor and rich taste.

17. Fu Mao

Jianou City is the "Millennium Wine City", and its natural conditions such as climate, temperature and humidity are similar to Maotai Town.

Fu Mao happens to be located in Jianou City, also known as "Jiangnan Maotai".

Although this story makes sense, I feel that the advantages of geographical environment cannot be replicated.

However, with the "Maojiu craze", the price of Fumao has increased frequently in recent years.

18. Four Special Liquors

The pioneer of special-flavor liquor, which has the characteristics of strong, sauce and light aromas.

Compared with sorghum, the main raw material of other liquors, Site Liquor uses rice, and the wine body can taste the aroma of rice.

The naming of the four special characters is quite interesting.

During the Republic of China, in Jiangxi, in order to reflect the quality of wine, the word "special" would be affixed to the wine bottle.

In order to highlight the excellent quality, Lou Yuanlong Winery labeled each bottle of wine with 4 "special" characters, which was later called Sidi wine.

19. Lanling

As a major liquor province, Shandong does not have a single famous Chinese liquor.

There are many wine companies, but there are no high-end brands.

As a foreigner, Lanling still has a certain reputation.

It has a profound historical background and a wide product line.

The affordable ones include Lanling Daqu, which is also good as food rations.

There is also Lanling King in Duan, which is not expensive and has high cost performance.

20. Jingzhi

The characteristic fragrance of Shandong is the sesame fragrance represented by Jingzhi.

One product with three flavors, which has the characteristics of three flavors: strong, clear and sauce.

Although it is a specialty fragrance type, the best-selling one is the strong fragrance type because it is cheap.

Jingzhi's high-end product "Yipin Jingzhi" is sesame-flavored, and the entry-level model costs 10.

21. Baofeng

Baofeng is one of the three major light-flavor liquors in China.

The price has always been affordable, but it has also been tepid. Recently, it has become popular due to its "shock", but it is a pity that it is only sold in Pangdonglai.

I asked a friend from Henan to send me two bottles of "Tao". The taste is really not like the one priced at 30 yuan, and the price/performance ratio is indeed high.

If you want to try it, you can choose Taobao as a purchasing agent, and the price is not expensive.

22. Yang Shao

Yang Shao is not as famous as Baofeng outside the country, but he is definitely the boss in the province.

Seventy percent of people have never heard of this fragrance - Taorong type.

This is Yangshao’s original fragrance in 2016, and it is also the only independent fragrance in Henan.

The fermented pit mud is made from pottery clay, which has a unique aroma that is hard to describe.

Although it is highly accepted in Henan, outsiders may not be used to it.

23. Yellow Crane Tower

The only famous liquor in Hubei and one of the three major fragrance liquors in China, there has always been a saying of "South Tower and North Fen".

For those who like to drink light-flavored drinks, you must try Yellow Crane Tower.

24. Baiyunbian

The originator of both fragrances and the characteristic fragrance of Hubei Province.

Combining the wine-making process of sauce aroma and strong aroma, it has a wine style of "sauce with richness".

The market outside the province is not doing well, and its popularity has not been established.

25. Jiugui Liquor

The leader of liquor in Hunan Province, it is also the representative of fragrant fragrance.

Brewed with Wuliang Double Qu, the wine is thick at the front, clear in the middle, and soy at the end, with the style of "three flavors in one mouthful".

Its products include Xiangquan Liquor, which is a ration, Jiugui Liquor, which is a mid-range product, and Internal Medicine, which is a high-end product.

Speaking of the story, it is relatively dull. It has no famous wine status and the history of building the factory is also very short.

26. Wuling Wine

The only famous wine in Hunan and one of the three major Maotai-flavor wines.

At that time, Hunan’s hospitality wine Moutai was not enough, so Hunan made up its mind to make its own sauce wine that could rival Moutai.

Later, the local government came forward to help, and Moutai taught the technology to Wuling Liquor.

Maotai and Langjiu are really not cheap right now. If you want to drink some cheap and high-quality Maotai-flavor wine, you can try Wuling Liquor.

27. Yubingshao

Scene words:

Black soy-flavor liquor is a unique flavor in the Pearl River Delta and is deeply loved by Cantonese people.

Inner words:

As a foreigner, I really can’t accept it! !

Although the taste is delicate, smooth, sweet and soft, it is not meant to be played like this!

There is no wife in the wife cake!

Master Kong’s cattle have only suffered superficial injuries over the years!

You! Why put pork in white wine! ! !

28. Jiujiang Double Steamed

It is regarded as the Cantonese wine, one of Lao Guang’s ration wines, and it also contains pork. You can also put a little in stir-fry dishes.

Because of the popularity of plum wine in recent years, it has become popular among young people again.

29. Guilin Three Flowers

The representative of rice flavor, also known as the "King of Rice Wine" and one of the "Three Treasures of Guilin".

When I go to Guilin, I usually buy some souvenirs as gifts for my relatives. They are delicious and not expensive.

In fact, rice flavor is one of the four basic flavor types (clear, thick, sauce, and rice).

But many people have never tasted rice flavor, so you can use this one to get started.

30. Haikou Daqu

There is not much to say about Hainan. There is really no famous liquor.

The most famous wine is Haikou Daqu, but it is sold sporadically on Taobao and JD.com.

There are no sales, so I won’t recommend it.

31. Shixian Taibai

Because Li Bai visited Wanzhou three times and fell in love with Daqu wine in Wanzhou, in order to commemorate Li Bai, he named it "Shixian Taibai"

In 1917, Shixian Taibai spent a lot of money to buy the mud trough from the middle part of Luzhou Laojiao's "Guojiao" and shipped it back to Chongqing.

Thanks to the fact that they both belong to the Sichuan and Chongqing regions and have very different climates, the transplantation was quite successful.

Everything was ready, but the east wind was blocked by Sichuan.

A digression:

Speaking of Chongqing Baijiu, it’s just bad luck that it is next to such a powerful opponent in Sichuan.

After being suppressed for many years, he actually practiced the "Sunflower Collection".

So Jiangxiaobai was born. Instead of competing with Sichuan brands for the market, it began to specialize in young people.

Objectively speaking, Chongqing Baijiu has come out. It tastes terrible though.

32. Xufu

There is Wuliangye in Yibin. If Xufu wants to take root, it needs some special skills.

Wuliangye is not cheap, so Xufu specializes in ration wine and focuses on cost-effectiveness.

In Yibin, family and friends will drink Xufu at small gatherings. Firmly occupying the ration wine market.

33. Yu Chan

It is from the same hometown as Luzhou Laojiao. Like the one above, it focuses on the ration wine market that big manufacturers tend to ignore.

Guarding Luzhou, a treasure land of feng shui, the brewed food will naturally be good.

As long as the price is not too high, the locals will definitely buy it.

34. Zhenjiu

In order to expand Moutai production capacity, the country launched the "Offsite Moutai" experiment.

In 1975, the director of the Moutai factory led 28 technical staff, as well as raw materials, auxiliary materials, and equipment.

A Moutai distillery was cloned in Zunyi, and it took ten years to pass the inspection.

It was inscribed "Treasure of Wine" by the leader, and then named Zhenjiu.

Of course the taste is not exactly the same, because of the climate deviation, Zhenjiu has its own style.

But generally speaking, it still tastes very authentic Maotai-flavor wine.

Mainly because it is cheap and suitable for food rations.

35. Jinsha

Jinsha sells very well in Guizhou, and it is also my most recommended 100-yuan sauce wine.

It has a strong flavor and a good sauce flavor. As an affordable sauce-flavored wine, it has everything it needs.

Without significant price increases, it can maintain a relatively stable price and is suitable for use as rations. It is a good buy without losing money.

One thing to say, quality control has some ups and downs, but the lower limit is still guaranteed.

36. Yulin Spring

The mainstream wine on the market today is Daqu fermentation, while Yulin Spring is fermented with Xiaoqu.

The cost is low, and it is characterized by soft, sweet, clean and refreshing.

In 2005, it was acquired by a Thai company and became the first foreign-invested enterprise in China's liquor industry.

Listed in 2009, it became the first Yunnan liquor stock.

37. Tibetan origin of highland barley wine

Tibetans drink highland barley wine, which is a representative of Tibetan culture.

The wine is orange-yellow in color and tastes sweet and sour. Because it is fermented wine, it has low alcohol content.

The taste is a bit like fermented rice. You may not be used to it. You can try it when traveling to the local area.

38. Xifeng Wine

One of the four famous wines, it is a representative of the Feng-flavor type, which combines the characteristics of light and strong aroma.

No more introduction, everyone must be tired of hearing about it.

39. Jinhui Liquor

Formerly known as "Long Nanchun", older people all know this brand.

Now it is called Jinhui wine, which always gives people the impression that it is Anhui wine.

There is a lot of momentum in the stock market. The largest and most profitable liquor brand in Gansu.

Looking at the Northwest, Jinhui Wine is unique and has no rivals in the Northwest.

The advertising slogan is "Only cellar aroma, no muddy taste", if you are curious about the taste, you can try it.

40. God Youde

It is always said that "Qinghai-Tibet Plateau", Qinghai and Tibet are similar in many aspects, Qinghai also drinks highland barley wine, but they are very different.

Although the raw materials are all highland barley, Tibet uses fermentation and Qinghai uses distillation.

Therefore, Qinghai’s highland barley wine uses the executive standards of liquor. It is white wine.

41. Old Yinchuan

The biggest highlight of this wine is its name - "Old Yinchuan".

The only liquor in the country named after the capital city, and it has no characteristics...

There are no brands of Ningxia liquor that are popular among locals.

Lao Yinchuan is still the most well-known, but it was acquired by "Hao Wang" (a rice brand) prematurely.

42. Yilite

When talking about Xinjiang liquor, Yilite must first come to mind. It is also one of the 19 listed liquor companies.

The factory was built with the support of Luzhou Laojiao. The technology is the same, but the taste must have changed due to the natural environment.

Xiaolaojiao is also the staple wine of many wine lovers. This product is indeed conscience.

43. Kinmen Sorghum

When it comes to Taiwan’s liquor, Kinmen Sorghum can definitely raise the banner.

With a market share of 80% in Taiwan, it ranks first and is one of the "Three Treasures of Taiwan".

Hong Kong and Macau really don’t drink liquor, and there are no local wineries, so I don’t recommend it yet.

It took half a month and it was finally finished!
