1. In order to use Sohu public platform service (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), you should read and abide by Sohu Public Platform Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"), Sohu Service Agreement and Sohu Website Privacy Protection Statement.

2. This agreement is a specification of the rights and obligations between you and Beijing Sohu Internet Information Service Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sohu New Media Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sohu Company") regarding registration, login and use of Sohu public platform.

Please read all the following contents carefully. When you click the "Agree" button and complete the registration, it will be deemed that you have fully agreed and accepted this agreement and are willing to be bound by it; If you don't agree to any terms of this agreement, please don't click "Agree" and don't use any services of Sohu public platform. If you are a minor, you should also ask your guardian to read this agreement carefully and get his/her consent.

4. This agreement is regarded as a supplementary agreement to Sohu Service Agreement and an integral part of Sohu Service Agreement. In case of any inconsistency between this Agreement and Sohu Service Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

5. The contents of this agreement also include relevant agreements, statements, business rules and announcement guidelines on Sohu's public platform services that may be continuously released by Sohu. Once the above contents are officially released, they will become an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by them.

Second, the definition

1. You refer to a natural person, legal person or other organization that submits a valid application and is approved by Sohu Company to upload and publish content (including words, pictures, audio and video) on Sohu public platform.

2. Sohu Public Platform: It is a platform product integrating Sohu.com, Sohu news client and mobile phone Sohu.com to provide you with media publication release, content display and advertising services.

3. Sohu Refers to websites owned or operated by Sohu, including but not limited to www.sohu.com, www.chinaren.com, www.focus.cn, www.goodfeel.com.cn and www.go2map.com.

4. Sohu News Client: a "subscription platform+real-time news" reading application tailored for smartphone users produced by Sohu.

5. Mobile phone Sohu. Com: refers to the website owned or operated by Sohu, and its address is m.sohu.com.

6. Users: refers to all end users who directly or indirectly use Sohu.com, Sohu news client and mobile phone Sohu.com. ..

Three. Account registration and approval

1. Before using this service, you need to register your Sohu public platform account with your real identity information and update your registration information in time. At the same time of registration, you need to provide relevant identity and qualification certification materials consistent with the registration information. Sohu will decide whether to approve your registration application after reviewing the relevant supporting materials submitted by you. Personal accounts need to provide photos of personal hand-held ID cards, and institutional accounts need to provide copies of business licenses of enterprises as legal persons or certificates of institutions as legal persons with official seals, as well as relevant certification materials such as authorization documents of copyright owners.

2. After Sohu Company approves your registration application, you can log in and use Sohu public platform to upload or publish relevant content according to the account number and password approved by Sohu Company. The platform account belongs to Sohu, and you have the right to use it. The right to use the account only belongs to the initial application object, and it is forbidden to give, borrow, lease, transfer or sell it.

3. Sohu only reviews the information and materials submitted by you, and does not assume any responsibility or provide any guarantee for the actions in your account.

4. If you violate the relevant laws and regulations, this agreement and the provisions of other Sohu public platforms published by Sohu, Sohu has the right to restrict, freeze or terminate your use of Sohu public platform account at any time at its own discretion, and decide whether to resume it according to the actual situation. Losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, user data and related data emptying, etc.). ) it's up to you.

Four. Your rights and obligations

1. You guarantee that the registration information and materials provided to Sohu Company are true, complete, legal and valid, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities for all the information and materials provided.

2. You should register according to the rules and procedures announced and prompted by Sohu public platform. After the registration is completed, the account number and password should be properly, correctly and safely kept. You agree that under no circumstances will you disclose your account number and password information to others. If your account number and password are stolen due to your improper custody, you shall bear the responsibility yourself. If the account number and password are used by a third party or there are any other problems, you are obliged to inform Sohu in time.

3. You guarantee that all the contents uploaded and published on Sohu public platform enjoy legal rights, and Sohu has the right to ask you to provide the corresponding ownership certificate.

4. You understand and agree that in order to ensure the normal operation of Sohu public platform and the good experience of users, you shall not use Sohu public platform to produce, upload, publish or disseminate any information prohibited by laws, regulations and policies, or contain other contents that interfere with the normal operation of Sohu Company and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

5. You understand and agree that you need to bear all legal responsibilities for all activities under your account, including but not limited to registration, application for review, account operation, content release and any other behavior of using Sohu public platform account. If your behavior causes disputes or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you should bear all the responsibilities independently. If you cause damage to Sohu or other third parties, you should compensate according to law.

6. You understand and agree that Sohu is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this service. Please back up the relevant data in this service yourself. If you stop using the service or the service is terminated, Sohu can permanently delete your data from the server.

8. If you want to promote brands or put commercial advertisements on Sohu's public platform, you must get Sohu's written consent, and the promotion content must be reviewed by Sohu.

9. This agreement does not grant you the right to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features of Sohu.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Rights and obligations of Sohu Company

1. Sohu has the right to verify your registration information and materials. If problems are found in these information and materials, you may be required to correct or supplement the relevant materials. If you refuse to correct or supplement relevant materials, Sohu has the right to refuse to approve the registration application, restrict, freeze or terminate the account.

2. Sohu Company provides technical support for the development and operation of Sohu public platform.

3. Sohu reserves the right to change or terminate the service of Sohu's public platform at any time without any responsibility to you. Sohu can send a notice to you through webpage announcement, e-mail, phone call or letter, and once the notice is sent, it will be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient.

4. If Sohu finds or receives a report or complaint from a third party about your violation of this Agreement, Sohu has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and punish the account violating the agreement according to the behavior, including but not limited to warning, deleting some or all subscribers, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of functions, and freezing or terminating the account.

5. Sohu has the right to put all kinds of commercial advertisements or commercial information on Sohu public platform.

6. Sohu will provide you with a customized promotion location at the bottom of your final article or publication display page. The contents displayed in this promotion booth are Party B's own image advertisements and promotional advertisements of the activities held, and shall not be transferred to a third party.

7. Sohu may provide a fee-based service, which requires you to pay a certain fee according to actual needs. In this regard, Sohu will make a notice or announcement on the corresponding page. You can only use these paid network services if you confirm that you are willing to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts. If you refuse to pay the relevant fees, Sohu has the right not to provide you with such charging services.

Intellectual property rights of intransitive verbs

1. Intellectual property rights of the content provided by Sohu in this service (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, audio, videos, charts, etc. ) belongs to Sohu. The copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights of the software that Sohu relies on when providing this service are owned by Sohu. The copyright or trademark rights of the commercial logos such as "Sohu" used by Sohu in this service belong to Sohu.

2. The intellectual property rights of any content uploaded and published by you through Sohu public platform are still owned by you or the original copyright owner.

4. The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content included in this service are protected by law. Without the permission of Sohu, you or the related obligee may not use or create related derivative works in any form.

Seven. others

1. You and Sohu are independent entities. In any case, this agreement does not constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the two parties.

2. Sohu has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of this agreement on the related service page. If you continue to use Sohu public platform, it means that you agree and voluntarily abide by the revised agreement.

3. If some clauses of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.

4. If both parties have any disputes over the content or implementation of this Agreement, both parties shall try their best to settle them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction where Sohu Company is located. The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
