Prior to obtaining the business license, no business activities shall be conducted in the name of a restaurant. Application for catering service license. Find the supervisory department within your jurisdiction to apply for acceptance. Step 2: Apply for health permit. After obtaining the opening registration certificate from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, you must first apply for a health license at the competent health and epidemic prevention station where the restaurant is located. Step 3: Apply for environmental protection approval. Environmental protection approval is handled by the local environmental protection bureau. The main approval items are: noise and pollution discharge. Restaurant operators must provide a floor plan of the location of the restaurant, and indicate the surrounding environment and the nature of use of adjacent buildings, and the competent environmental protection bureau will send personnel for on-site inspection.
After passing the inspection, the competent Environmental Protection Bureau will sign "Agree to Business Operation" in the "Opinions of Relevant Departments" column on the registration form for business opening and stamp it with its official seal.
Step 4: Other related procedures
(1) Industry management registration: Go to the local catering industry management office. Including restaurant grading, etc.
(2) Price review: Go to the local price bureau. Including gross profit margin, comprehensive gross profit margin, etc. on price tags, menus, dishes, etc.
(3) Apply for a liquor business license: Go to the industrial and commercial department.
(4) City appearance management approval: facade decoration, especially outdoor facilities such as lights, signboards, advertisements, etc. Temporary buildings or facilities. It is also subject to approval from the Planning Bureau.
(5) Seal engraving: With your business license and letter of introduction from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, go to the seal agency designated by the local Public Security Bureau to engrave the special seal for the contract.
