Article 5 Acceptance

(2) Party B conducts random inspections of pesticide residues in vegetables and if the test results are unqualified and Party A has no objection, Party B may destroy them. If Party A has any objection to the test results, the test results issued by the authoritative testing agency shall prevail.

Article 6 Changes to the Contract

(1) When the market price is higher or lower than the price agreed in the contract, the two parties may renegotiate the price of vegetables.

(2) If delivery cannot be made according to the time stipulated in the contract due to weather and other factors, the two parties may negotiate separately.

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract

(1) If the variety, specification, origin, and quality of the vegetables delivered do not comply with the contract, Party B has the right to require Party A to exchange the quantity of vegetables delivered. If it does not comply with the contract, Party B has the right to require Party A to make up for it. If it causes losses to Party B, Party A shall be responsible for compensation.

(2) If Party A delays delivery, Party B shall pay liquidated damages in the amount of the batch price agreed upon by Party B for each day of delay; if Party B is late in picking up the goods, Party A shall pay Party A's agreed batch price for each day of delay. (3) If Party B pays the price overdue, Party A shall pay liquidated damages equal to the amount of delayed payment for each day of delay.
