Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government’s decision to cancel 69 more administrative powers
The 81st executive meeting of the provincial government decided to cancel 69 administrative power items. For one of the administrative regulations setting matters, the provincial government will make an announcement after completing relevant procedures in accordance with legal procedures.
All localities and departments must conscientiously implement and connect matters related to the abolition of administrative powers, formulate supervisory measures, effectively strengthen supervision during and after the event, and avoid a supervisory vacuum.
This decision will come into effect on May 6, 2017.
