Fazeya is a wholly-owned sub-brand of Hengyuanxiang Group Co., Ltd.

The original name is "Fa Cai Yang" (Fazeya is the pinyin of "Fa Cai Yang" in Shanghai dialect). It was officially renamed "Cai Yang" in 2007. The original "Fa Cai Yang" was stopped due to intellectual property issues and is currently in the market. Except for a small number of stock products with the word Hengyuanxiang, the rest of the products are produced and sold by Hengyuanxiang Group and Industrial and Sports Enterprises. Fazeya was born in early 2003, which is an important milestone in the development of the Hengyuanxiang brand.
