Citizens can voluntarily make an appointment to purchase. In order to prevent people from gathering, when the number of reservations in each store exceeds the upper limit of reservations in that pharmacy, the system will automatically prompt you to make reservations in other pharmacies. Reservations will be stopped after the total number of reservations for citizens in the city reaches the total supply of masks.

2. During the trial operation, citizens can search for the "Dongying Palm Pass" mini program on WeChat, accurately fill in their name, ID number, mobile phone number and other information to register. After logging in, enter the mask reservation system, select the type of mask you want to reserve and the nearest pharmacy to make an appointment to purchase. It is tentatively limited to 3 masks per household per month. Notifications will be issued through the platform when the standards are adjusted. After the reservation is successful, the system will automatically send a notification of successful reservation.

3. Each pharmacy sends a pickup notification via text message. After receiving the notification, citizens can use the pickup code to purchase at the reserved pharmacy within 10 days. They can also entrust others to purchase on their behalf with the pickup code. If no purchase is made within 10 days, the reservation will be invalid and citizens will need to make a new reservation.
