How does 3C control product trademarks?

3c Mark Management Regulations:

1. For the purchase of "3C" certification marks, the production and manufacturing department shall report the shortage to the quality management department according to the production plan, and the quality management department shall purchase certification mark labels from state-designated institutions in accordance with regulations.

2. After the "3C" certification mark is purchased, a person designated by the Quality Management Department will be inspected and accounted for in accordance with the valuable materials management regulations, and then placed in the bank for safekeeping.

3. The "3C" certification mark must be received and used at the same time as the product certificate. The production workshop must fill in the material requisition form (the purpose, quantity, and specifications must be indicated), check it by the product quality inspector, and report it to the person in charge of the quality management department for signature. Then go through the receipt procedures and sign on the ledger.

4. After the product passes the routine inspection, the product inspector will hand the certification mark to the packaging personnel and supervise its application at the specified location.

5. The quality management department must truthfully record and establish a ledger for the issuance and use of each batch of "3C" certification marks. The quantity of products in storage and the quantity of the mark used must be consistent with the batch, and archived in accordance with regulations.

6. All product assemblies processed by cooperative units will be issued a "3C" certification mark after routine inspection by our company's product inspectors, and on-site supervision will be carried out to apply it at the specified position.
