Taiji Group Co., Ltd. was established on December 24, 1997. Its business scope includes the sales of health care products, daily chemicals, etc.

The predecessor of Taiji Group Co., Ltd. was Sichuan Fuling Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory built in 1972 with a state investment of 110,000 yuan. In 1988, it was renamed Sichuan Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory. In 1993, it was reorganized into Taiji Industrial Co., Ltd. In 1994, it was reorganized into Taiji Industrial Group Co., Ltd., which went public in October 1997. In March 1998, it acquired the state-owned shares of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine and became the controlling shareholder of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Since 1992, taking advantage of the spring breeze of reform and opening up, we have doubled our output value, profits and taxes for many consecutive years, achieved rapid development, and various economic indicators have jumped to the forefront of the domestic industry. Party and state leaders have visited Taiji Group in person to inspect its work many times and spoke highly of it, which has injected strong impetus into the continuous development of Taiji.

Among them, Chongqing Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the largest professional scientific research institution of traditional Chinese medicine in China, with more than 300,000 traditional Chinese medicine specimens in the world, more than 50 acres of medicinal botanical gardens, and 200,000 cordyceps bases in Kangding and Shiqu.
