Construction Points

The temperature during construction and maintenance should be between 5℃ and 35℃.

1. Construction by brushing method

3) Use according to the weight ratio of powder: water = 1: (0.35~0.4). Pour water into the container first, then pour the powder into the water, and mix quickly with a machine. The mixed slurry should be used up within 20 minutes. It is forbidden to add water again during use.

4) Use a hard-bristled brush to apply evenly and evenly in multiple passes, and maintain after each pass. After the surface turns white, you can apply the next pass. If the interval exceeds 12 hours, spray hydration is required. Apply again when wet.

2. Dry powder coating construction: Spread the powder evenly on the incompletely solidified concrete surface at an amount of 1.5kg/㎡, and immediately press the powder into it with a wooden trowel or polisher. Concrete and calendered.
