During the Puppet Manchukuo period, we added another location in the Northeast Market in Siping City. In 1950, his son Li Chunsheng opened another one in Shenyang. In order to maintain the traditional characteristics of Li's bacon flatbread, Li Chunsheng is meticulous in the production and selection of ingredients.

When he chooses pork, he only selects fresh pork from the front trough to the ribs that is not fat or lean, with alternating fat and lean skin, then rinses it with water and alkali, and soaks it in clean water for 6-10 hours to remove the blood and fishy smell, and then Cut into cubes and simmer in a pot.
