2. Turn on the inverter and "press the RUN key" and the F, RUN and FWD lights will light up normally

3. Check whether the emergency stop switch at the front and rear of the trademark printing machine is turned on

4. Whether the counter has reached the count or has not returned to zero

5. There is no material on the paper feeder Whether the self-stop device is normal (the iron rod needs to be placed on the material)

6. Is the safety cover closed?

2. Control panel operation

1. There are two modes for pulling paper

● Manual paper pulling "When the automatic button is pressed, that is, the AUTO button is not lit, it is manual" Used for loading

●Automatically pull paper, and automatically pull paper in conjunction with the operation of the trademark printing machine "Press the automatic button and the light will turn on automatically"

2. Parameter settings

●The paper pulling speed "SPEED" refers to the instantaneous speed of paper pulling. For example: the length of 100M is completed in 1 second, and the length remains unchanged

●The paper pulling length "LENGTHSETTING" 》Refers to the length of each paper pull

●Die-cutting speed "RINTINGSPEED" refers to the number of die-cutting or printing times per minute, which changes with the speed of the trademark printing machine

●Counter refers to product production The quantity can generally be reset to zero

3. Secondary printing

●When secondary printing is required, first press the secondary key, and the AUTO light will light up at the same time.

●Debug the sensitivity of the electric eye, adjust the electric eye back and forth to fine-tune "the thinner the light, the brighter the better".

●When the electric eye sees the secondary tracking signal, it will change the light back and forth, allowing normal production.

Note: During secondary tracking, the distance between the two signal points and the parameters set for the length of the paper on the panel ensure a consistent error of plus or minus 2MM
