The National Information Technology Innovation Practice Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools, referred to as NOC Competition (novelty, originality and creativity), is a practical platform for cultivating teachers and students' innovative spirit and practical ability in using information technology, educating young students for quality, popularizing artificial intelligence science and leading scientific and technological innovation.
Since 20 19, the contest has been listed in the "white list" and "national primary and secondary school competition list" issued by the Ministry of Education for three consecutive years, which is one of the largest and most influential information technology popularization activities in primary and secondary schools since the information technology education was launched in China.
Sponsored by China Artificial Intelligence Society, the contest has been successfully held for 20 times since 2002 and has its own organizing committees in 40 different regions of China.
