A three-dimensional trademark can be the shape of the commodity itself, or the packaging of the commodity or other three-dimensional signs. It can be divided into the following categories:
1, simple solid shape:
(1) The three-dimensional shape of the commodity itself;
(two) the three-dimensional shape of the commodity container;
(3) Three-dimensional modeling of commercial advertisements;
2. Three-dimensional modeling with word mark and graphic trademark:
(1) The three-dimensional shape of the commodity itself is accompanied by text marks or graphic trademarks;
(2) word mark or graphic trademarks are attached to the three-dimensional shape of the packaging or container of goods;
(3) Attach text or graphic trademarks to the three-dimensional modeling of commercial advertisements.
