Two suggestions are available for reference and I hope to adopt them:
1. Cancellation according to law: Because according to Article 67 of the "Company Registration Management Regulations": there is no legitimate reason after the company is established If the company fails to open business for more than 6 months, or if it voluntarily ceases business for more than 6 consecutive months after opening, the business license may be revoked by the company registration authority.
However, the consequences of having your business license revoked are very serious. You will be blacklisted and subject to joint credit penalties. You will not be able to register a company within three years, and you will be able to use your original company name again.
2. Long-term maintenance with zero declaration: If you support the company with zero declaration, you need to pay attention to two points. First, the address should not be abnormal. Second, declare taxes on time and make annual reports on time, otherwise it will be easy to be taxed by the industrial and commercial tax. Keep an eye on the game. This method is suitable for bosses whose company is currently running unstable, but plans to continue to start a business in the future. It is more cost-effective to maintain the company than to cancel it first and then register it, and the longer the company has been established, the more useful it will be in the future.
