How long is the trademark valid?
The trademark registration certificate is valid. A registered trademark is valid for ten years, starting from the date of approval of registration. When a registered trademark expires and you need to continue using it, you should apply for trademark renewal. The renewal registration should be processed within 12 months before the trademark expires.
