Its founder Ma Jialiang was born in Nanjing in 1954. In July 1996, when he was the general manager of Jiangsu Provincial Fruit Company, he founded Suguo Supermarket Co., Ltd. and has since served as the chairman and general manager of Suguo. As a manager, Ma Jialiang relied on his extraordinary diligence and talent to lead the Suguo team to create the myth of the rapid rise of the local retail industry. As early as November 15, 2014, the 16th Conference of the China Chain Store and Franchise Association and the 2014 China Retail Leadership Summit were held in Fuzhou. Ma Jialiang won the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in China's chain industry, becoming the only entrepreneur to receive this honor at this conference.
