Duckling Group was established on August 25th, 1994, and has the right to use the trademark of Duckling. 1999, duckling trademark was recognized as a well-known trademark. During the period from 200 1 to 20 15, Xiaoya Group won several honors in succession.
"Duckling Duckling is the best" is an advertising word used by Duckling Washing Machine since 1980s. Since 20 14, Duckling Group has published propaganda reports such as "Duckling is still the best" and "Duckling will still be the best without baggage" in the media, and publicized the advertising slogan "Duckling is the best" in CCTV and buildings.
Duckling Duckling Company and Duckling Duckling Brand Company changed their corporate names in September 20 17 and June 20 16 respectively, and used "Duckling Duckling Duckling" as their corporate names. The outer packaging and fuselage of the dehydrator authorized by Cixi Yike Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. are marked with the enterprise name of Duckling Top Quack Company.
Xiaoya Group claimed that the two companies engaged in business activities by using their existing business names constituted unfair competition, and sued the two defendants to stop using their business names and compensate for the losses.
