What is included in trademark form review?

Legal analysis: Review the following contents:

1. Applicant qualification review.

2. Whether the foreign applicant has entrusted a trademark agency designated by my country.

3. Whether the application form complies with the regulations.

4. Whether the specifications and quantity of the trademark and trademark drawings meet the requirements.

5. Whether the supporting documents to be submitted are complete and whether the fees are paid.

Legal basis: "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 28 For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall examine it within nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application document.
