The procedure for cancellation or change of a trademark agency is as follows: Those who handle cancellation shall sign a termination agreement or transfer agreement with the client on unfinished matters, and then submit a cancellation application to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Submit relevant documents; if you want to go through the change procedures, go to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to go through the relevant agency information change procedures.

Article 5 of the "Notice of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Issues Concerning Implementation"
If a trademark agent transfers to another institution to practice, You must go to the Trademark Office in person to apply for change registration with the following supporting materials:
(1) Resignation certificate issued by the original agency (must be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the seal of the agency);
(2) Proof that the new agency agrees to accept it;
(3) My letter of intention to join the new agency;
(4) My Trademark Agent Practice Certificate 》.
Trademark agents should truthfully provide the above supporting materials. If the case is found to be untrue upon verification, it shall be dealt with by the provincial industrial and commercial administration bureau where it is located in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 28 of the Measures. If the case is serious, the Trademark Office shall suspend its practice.
