Individual applications for trademarks require an individual industrial and commercial license with the individual as a legal person or a business license of the enterprise:

3. Trademark application form;

4. Trademark power of attorney (not required if you do not appoint an agency).

Enterprise application:

1. Company business license;

2. Trademark application form;

Nowadays, most trademark applications are filed online, and the trademark application number can be obtained within one week after filing. You will receive a paper acceptance notice from the Trademark Office within 3 months. It takes 9 months to complete the review. If the application passes the preliminary review, a preliminary review announcement will be issued. If no one raises objections to the trademark within 3 months from the date of announcement, a registration announcement will be issued. You can get a paper copy about 3 months after the registration announcement. Trademark registration certificate; if the trademark fails to pass after the review is completed, you will receive a rejection notice from the Trademark Office. You can apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for review within 15 days of receiving the rejection notice. The trademark will enter the second review. If no review is performed, The trademark becomes invalid after the time has elapsed.
