After the trademark passes the formal examination, the North Korean Invention Committee will conduct a substantive examination of the document. If the trademark registration application passes the substantive examination, the North Korean Invention Committee will issue a registration certificate within 6 months from the date of application. The registered trademark will be published in the official announcement. Anyone can raise objections to the trademark. If there is no objection or the objection is not established, the trademark will be approved for registration.
