2. Inquire about the trademark before the application, and preliminarily judge whether the trademark can be registered.

3. Apply for registration in China National Intellectual Property Administration and pay the registration fee.

4. China National Intellectual Property Administration will formally examine the application, and if it is qualified, it will issue an acceptance notice; if it is unqualified, it will issue a rejection notice.

5. China National Intellectual Property Administration conducts substantive examination of the application, and those that pass the examination are included in the announcement of preliminary examination of trademarks, and those that fail are issued a Notice of Rejection (or Partial Rejection) of Trademarks.

6. The announcement period for the preliminary examination of trademarks is three months. If no objection is raised at the expiration of the period, the registration shall be approved and a trademark registration certificate shall be issued.
