1. Convene a shareholders' meeting and form a resolution of the shareholders' meeting to change the business scope;

2. Amend the business scope of the Articles of Association according to the resolution;

3. With the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting and the revised articles of association, apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for registration of change of business scope;

4. Receive and fill in the application form for change registration and submit it together with the above materials;

5. Obtain the changed business license of enterprise legal person;

6. Produce the original business license of the changed enterprise legal person, and provide a copy to the tax authorities for tax change registration;

7, change the bank information, trademark information and other qualifications for the record.

Article 7

Business license A company established according to law shall be issued with a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.

Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
