The lucky card is a postage-priced postcard with multiple functions such as registration and lottery.
The lucky card consists of main film and sub-film. Among them, the size of the full-length film is 125*78mm. The registration information for participating in the "Shopping Street" column is printed on the front of the full-length film, and the pattern promoting the "Lucky Mail World" project is printed on the back. The secondary film prints prize redemption numbers, prize redemption matters or patterns for targeted publicity.
(1) Sales lucky card
The price is 2.00 yuan per piece, and the secondary film size is 30*78mm. It will be distributed and sold nationwide on June 1, 2007.
(2) Customized lucky cards
The price is 2.00 yuan per piece, and the secondary film size is 125*78mm. The starting number of stamps is 2,000, increasing in increments of 1,000. Contracting will begin on June 1, 2007.

1. Trademark lucky card packages are divided into three categories: A, B, and C. The specifications of the lucky cards in the package are the same as those of the customized lucky cards. Each type of package contains two series, 1 and 2. The difference is reflected in the different delivery methods to meet customers' personalized distribution needs of 100,000 lucky cards.
2. The trademark list was officially broadcast on July 5, 2007 with the "Shopping Street" column. From then on, it will be broadcast once a week, with 60 trademark lists broadcast in each issue, and the trademark list will be changed every four weeks. The 4-issue trademark list marked in the package is the first broadcast of the 4-week trademark list, and each issue is replayed 3 times.
3. The trademark list is limited to 60 in each issue, with a total of 780 in the whole year. Each issue of the "Shopping Street" column can insert 15-second advertisements 24 times. In principle, 15-second TV advertisements are not allowed to be sold separately. If the customer has special needs, the 15-second advertisement can be split into three 5-second advertisements for broadcast according to the customer's needs, but it must be reported to China Post Advertising Co., Ltd. in advance by the Municipal Mail Bureau.
