the use of service marks shall be deemed as the use of service marks in the following circumstances: (1) there is a service place; (2) Having service signs; (3) Having service tools; (four) business cards, postcards, gifts and other service items with service trademarks; (5) Commercial transaction documents such as account books and invoice contracts with service trademarks; (six) there are advertisements and other promotional items; (7) Other articles used for providing services;
